Bloodhound Books join forces with Lorella Belli Literary Agency

Bloodhound Books and Lorella Belli Literary Agency have announced a new partnership. Lorella's agency will handle the sale of foreign, TV and Film rights for Bloodhound's titles.

Bloodhound’s joint-founder, Fred Freeman, said of the deal; “the agreement with Lorella Belli and her team caps what has been a fantastic year so far for Bloodhound Books. Lorella’s reputation and track-record in the field of translation rights is second to none and this partnership will provide a huge boost for our authors.”

Three Bloodhound authors selected to appear at Bloody Scotland!

That's some accolade, and we are delighted that three of our authors have been selected to take part alongside some of the industry's biggest names. Pat Young, whose recent new release Till The Dust Settles has received wide spread critical acclaim. Pat will appear alongside Louise Welsh, Doug Johnstone and E S Thomson on Sunday 10th October. 

Tana Collins, author of the the successful Inspector Jim Carruthers series, will appear alongside Lynda La Plante. And lastly, Owen Mullen, whose best-selling Games People Play has been long-listed for the prestigious McIlvanney Prize, will appear alongside Peter May.

Tim Flanagan to join Bloodhound as Digital Marketing Manager

We're delighted to announce that Tim Flanagan will be joining Bloodhound Books as Digital Marketing Manager in September. Working closely with the Commercial Director, Tim will feed into and develop Bloodhound's existing digital marketing strategy, allowing our authors and their books to reach even greater worldwide audiences. 

Tim's career has seen him work with the likes of Harper Collins and Little Brown and his deep knowledge of digital advertising and branding will be a tremendous asset to us and our authors.
