Frances Brindle

Frances lives in Oxfordshire with her husband, a Greek rescue dog, and an American cat. After studying for an MSc in virology at Oxford, she moved into marketing and was once responsible for sending an animatronic kangaroo down a ski jump in New Zealand.  

She was shortlisted for the H. G. Wells short story prize and the ‘I Am Writing’ prize for crime and thrillers; her stories have also been published in various magazines and anthologies. Frances is an alumnus of the Faber Academy.
