Anna Carew
Anna Carew got her start in publishing as a reader, first with an internship for David Charles in Newton Abbot, England, then as a researcher for Chelsea House in New Haven, Connecticut. She started writing for publication while earning a Ph.D. in English and has several articles published in juried academic journals.
Anna spent her childhood in rural New England, and its dark woods and green hills have provided the setting for her work. Currently, Anna lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico with her family and writes darkly atmospheric fiction for adult readers. When she’s not writing, she can be found tending her tiny urban garden and exploring the mountains and desert of the Southwest.
